Communication Boards
Create separate assistant surfaces for business, personal, sales, ops, or team work. Select a board, then assign tools and channels to it.
Tools are exclusive to one board by default. Email and calendar tool types can appear across boards, but the same connected account cannot be assigned twice.
Board Channels
Link one or more messaging channels to this board. A channel can serve several boards; when it does, the assistant asks which board a task belongs to.
Board Task Lists
Keep task lists with the board they belong to, so chat and channels can route work to the right context.

Enable task-specific AI skills and check whether the required provider keys are ready for this workspace.
Provider API Keys
